IAAWOG: Let's get the basics out of the way. Married?
Lisa: Yes, and so grateful for my sweet husband.
IAAWOG: Children?
Lisa: Yes, one son who is a wonderful God-given blessing.
IAAWOG: Where are you from?
Lisa: Born in Texas but have moved thirty plus times in various states.
IAAWOG: When did your relationship with the Lord begin?
Lisa: My dad was in the ministry, and I was raised in the church. I gave my heart and life to Jesus when I was ten. And each step of the way has been a learning experience.
IAAWOG: When did you know that you were called to ministry?
Lisa: I still chuckle about this one. God gently led me down the path to start writing and He is still in the process of leading me down whatever door He opens.
IAAWOG: Reading your testimony we see that you have faced a lot of challenges in your life. What can you tell someone out there that is facing something that they think will basically destroy them?
Lisa: God never wastes our pain. He never gives up on us. He never leaves us even when we wonder where He is and evil seems to triumph. Yet, in my life and so many others, I have seen how God heals and restores anything the enemy brings against us. There is no pain too deep for His healing touch.
IAAWOG: Can you talk about an obstacle, you have faced in your spiritual walk and/or in ministry and how did you overcome it?
Lisa: Finding time to complete all the tasks at hand. The amazing thing about doing the things that God has called us to do, are actually completed faster and easier by spending more time with Him. Since God created time, He helps us with time. J
IAAWOG: Where do you draw you inspiration from?
Lisa: God and His word. Reading the Bible, not just reading, but digging deep into the scripture by studying different translations and the Greek and Hebrew meanings. The more we read and study God’s word, the more His word comes alive. And the deeper we find joy in His presence.
IAAWOG: If there are 2 people from the past or present that you would love to meet who would they be and why?
Lisa: On this earth, I’d like to sit and talk (and laugh) with Beth Moore.
In Heaven, I want to talk with Enoch who walked with God. Wow. Walked. With. God.
IAAWOG: Can you tell us about Living Joyfully Radio?
Lisa: Living Joyfully Free Radio has blessed me with the opportunity to bring to light amazing testimonies. Some of my guests have overcome incredible difficulties with God’s help. My prayer is that every interview will be a time of uplifting encouragement and hope for the listener.
Each Monday I run a new interview, and Friday’s are fun audio clips from a Christian comedian. I’m also working on bringing content during the week with songs and videos.

Lisa: I am passionate about God because His love is so incredibly amazing. There is nothing this world offers that can compete with God’s unfailing love. God is AWESOME and worthy of all praise and adoration!
